Phoenix Primary School target of graffiti attack just days after theft of kindy's shade sails

IT’S been a rough couple of weeks for staff and students at Phoenix Primary School following the theft of two shade sails at the school's kindergarten and a weekend graffiti attack on the school’s park bench dedicated to much-loved retired teacher Ronald Addison.

The bench, which was made and placed at “Sir’s” favourite spot, the oval, was defaced by vandals with the words “my bench” and the teacher’s name scratched off and other tags scrawled on the tribute bench.
